Namaste

Namaste is an exchange between people in Nepal, which has a much deeper and meaningful underlining message than just hello.

A new project....

I have been back from the himalaya a month now and last week was the first week I felt normal.

My training has started and although very weak it's great to be back in the gym. I have also started my training on the indoor wall and although I have no endurance I feel I am moving very well. I have started training 2 x a week and soon i will up that with a session down on the cliffs in Swanage. I'm really excited to get back out on the rock.

I have started a project which will really help my fitness and at the same time be so much fun. I'm building my own custom mountain bike. For years a good friend of mine has gone on at me to get a bike and get out on the trails and I'm now taking a step closer to having some epic fun on two wheels.

My boss and good friend Gideon is obsessed with mountain biking and is very handy on the trails. I can't wait to get out and push the limits and get some tuition from him.

One hurdle to overcome first tho, I need to buy all the components and build the bike. I reckon ill be on the dirt, tearing it up, by October.

For the mean time ill be getting fit on the versa climber and trying to break the record for 30mins, improve my endurance on the wall and start pushing my grades and build a machine that will be fit for some crazy fun on the trails.

Picked up a bargain earlier from chain reactions. Last fork they had at 57% discount... Fox F120 Racing Fork
